Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with Q Q
CO raises to $0.30, BN raises to $0.50, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.40, CO folds, BN calls $0.90
Flop ($3.15) 2 T 8
Hero bets $2.40, BN raises to $4.80, Hero calls $2.40
Turn ($12.75) 2 T 8 6
Hero checks, BN bets $3.05 and is all in, Hero calls $3.05

Villian 33/13/4.4 6.8% 3bet. Does this look fine?

If you chose this cbet sizing because you were planning on getting the chips in over two streets then I think it's best to just jam the flop over his raise.
He has almost no money behind, therefore you are in a push fold spot where you have so much money in the middle you should not be folding any part of your range imo.

Fwiw, I'd 4bet a bit larger preflop because villain is obviously not very good at this game, and I would cbet a lot smaller otf like 1-1.5$ or something.
