Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with Q Q
UTG raises to $0.75, MP folds, Hero raises to $2.25, 2 folds, BB calls $2.00, UTG calls $1.50
Flop ($6.85) 7 5 6
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $3.27, BB folds, UTG calls $3.27
Turn ($13.39) 7 5 6 8
UTG checks, Hero checks
River ($13.39) 7 5 6 8 3
UTG checks, Hero bets $4.22, UTG raises to $20.42 and is all in, Hero folds
Final Pot UTG wins $20.85
Rake is $0.98

As he didn't lead the river I concluded that he had JJ or TT, but was wrong. Or maybe I was right but he noticed that I don't have a straight here.
So I think there are 3 options for the future:

  1. Playing it the same and risking getting owned.
  2. Checking straights on the turn
  3. Not betting strong overpairs for value here.

Which option should I choose?
