QJs on BTN squeeze or call?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) SB: $5.09
BB: $5.21
UTG: $4.16
MP: $13.07
CO: $8.16
BN: $6.32 (Hero)
Hello, stats on villains:

MP is 29/21 reggy looking guy after 68 hands
CO 51/15 recreational after 50 hands, on 1/16 occassions he made a 3bet
SB is inactive 12/8 after 25 hands
BB seems a reggy looking guy 24/17/7.4 3b after 84 hands
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with Q J
UTG calls $0.05, MP raises to $0.21, CO calls $0.21, Hero raises to $1.00, 2 folds, UTG folds, MP folds, CO calls $0.79
My questions for preflop are:
1. Is QJs better as a squeeze or cold call? How does CO being recreational+blinds being on a reggy side influence range I should be playing?
2. Not sure about sizing of squeeze - 4-5x the raise is ok? Went bigger to build a pot vs rec.
Flop ($2.33) 2 7 8
CO checks, Hero checks
I decided to go for a checkback. Board is good for his range, SPR is already low and vs a check/raise I'm gonna have a hard decision. Also it's hard to predict what a recreational can do. By checking I can realize my equity and I need only 2 streets for value to get the stacks in.
Turn ($2.33) 2 7 8 K
CO bets $1.12, Hero calls $1.12
Scary card comes on the turn but it should be scary for his range and not mine.. I need 25% equity but I guess I have implied odds - he's a recreational and might overplay some TPGK type of hands.
River ($4.57) 2 7 8 K T
CO bets $2.19, Hero raises to $4.20 and is all in, CO calls $2.01

sqz is okay. However 20BB size is too big. Having regs behind who aren't active sqz means we can call, but not as wide if blinds were weak.

Not sure, probably we can just fire flop and go from there. CO ranges is probably too wide and he will have folds. Vs x/R need to count our odds

Squeeze is going to be better if blinds are aggressive and rake is high as good chance we take it down preflop. But it blinds arent aggressively 3betting and at least one of them is a recreational player then I prefer calling. Like Jeff_ said, the sizing is too big though.

Because of the sizing, this plays like a 4bet pot and i'd just bet the flop small at this point, having so much equity vs anything in his range
