villain is a regular, 22/17 but had only 36 hands of him. UTG is a fish and CO probably also (stacksize). BU is another regular.
Preflop: Given the 2 fish I decided to call, but offsuit this hand isn't great especially multiway as it as very limited nut potential.
flop: Preflop raiser cbets which should should be a fairly strong range. I have no idea wheter he cbets weaker Jx hands than mine. But he should have some 76s and I have outs against an overpair. And he bet very small, so I called.
turn: he sizes it up and I fold. Also I am drawing to 2 outs vs an operpair.
All in all do you agree with my play?

I don't think you can fold turn given price. Even against a value heavy range like AA-JJ, 55, AJs, KJs, QJs, J10s and 76s, you are like 25% to 26% and the pot is offering @ 27%. Add some reasonable barreling hands (AK, AQ, TT maybe) and this is a mandatory call on turn.
Flop was 4 way. Barreling a lot AK AQ here is not something I expect here and I think It would be really bad.
I feel ya, but at the same time his 1/3 pot on the flop cleared the field to 2 on the turn. You can easily have the best hand here with TT-66 that he can get you off of with the turn barrel plus he has 6 outs too improve vs most all of your made hands, such as the one that you have.
I like your fold there. People underbluff multiways and there we have family 5way pot. People will also with some frequency checkback there their weakest Jx(JTs,QJs) so fold is solid and probably best choice.
I'm in calling camp. Essentially 4x turn isn't bad card for him, you don't have many 4x in your range and some % of value you x/R on the flop. That leaves him many opportunities to valubet even JT and check river.
I don't see it much, he bets just normal size. Actually bit small considering polar nature of range he should be betting.
But I'm calling turn because likely he will do mistake by valuebetting wrong hand ott or give up bluff opportunity on the river
Yeah im making the fold v reg at 25nl. There's so much better value hands he's betting and thats really not a board that average regs at 25nl double barrel Ax air. Also an average reg will probably check worse Jx on turn as he won't be scared of many rivers and will know he cannot get 3 streets of value
If there was a backdoor flush card OTTI would be more tempted to call however and re-evaluate river
