QJo turn decision $1/$2 NLH 6-max Bovada
Btn - $300.65 - 28/20 over 25 hands - Thinking regular
BB - $200.00 - Hero - QsJd
Preflop:
Btn raises to $4, BB calls $2.00
Flop($8.55): Th5c2d
Btn bets $6.00, BB calls $6.00
Turn($19.95): 9s
Btn bets $16.00, BB?
Calling the min raise preflop is standard. Villain is going to be c-betting this dry board with a wide range of hands. Anything from 86dd, KJo, A4o, A3o, Tx, sets, KQcc, ect...I think QJ is a good hand to float with because 8, 9, J, Q, K, A all improve our hand to a draw or pair. What do you guys think about that?
The turn gives us an open ended straight draw. I would assume villain would barrel hands like A4o, A3o, 86, 78, KJ, KQ, QJ, J8, J7, ect... as well as top pair+. Do you guys think this is a good spot to turn c/r? If he calls, what rivers should we give up on? Or fire all rivers?
