QJ thin value bet or easy value bet?? 25nl

SB: $25.07 (Hero)
BB: $23.96
HJ: $47.51
CO: $15.35
BN: $26.81
I have an agresive dinamic with the BB (36/18 on 90 hands 3bet 3.6),he called a 4bet in btn and he folded to a shove on flop 896 than he called IP on ATT than min raised me on turn x and folded to a shove. He can have worse Jx and many combos of 9x.When I looked on this hand I was thinking that the best line on the river would have been x/c because all the draws missed and I have some dinamics with the guy. What do you think??
Preflop ($0.35) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt Q J
HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.65, BB calls $0.50
Flop ($1.50) 6 9 J (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.20, BB calls $1.20
Turn ($3.90) 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $3, BB calls $3
River ($9.90) 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, BB calls $6
Final Pot
Hero has Q J BB has J K BB wins $20.91

It's a clear value bet, it's BvB situation and has enough worse jacks (plus he may be 3betting AJ and KJ) but maybe you can try with a lower sizing (around half pot) so he calls every time with 9x unless he is really stationing a ton, then just normal sizing.

I think you check back that river, and save the 6 bucks... you may ponder a call if he doesn't check to a show down( I would make the call if he did bet), but I doubt he's making a $6 bet if he does... probably something more like 4 bucks, and you can keep the 33%(2$) you would have otherwise have lost.
barreling another $6, which reps over 25% of your initial effective stack, seems to be a little insane.
