Putting him on a hand - is river ever a call?

During the hand I felt like i was in good shape on the flop. I considered the fact he might be playing some sort of draw. My thoughts changed more towards 2pair-sets. AQ, 99, etc.

I felt pretty good about the river fold, mainly because I feel like i'd be showing up with a 2nd best hand a lot here. Obviously his river shove OB makes his range pretty polarized. Im just wondering what peoples thoughts are facing an unknown taking this line.
