What do you mean download them? They are part of the program. Just set your hud up and include the stats you want.

This company developed a pretty fancy HUD for PT4, which includes "vs. hero"-stats, I once was a betatester, but I have no clue if it went productive yet (I thought so, but the website says different, at least for cash, so I can´t say - in any case I´m not affiliated to them):
