Preflop solved in solver - is it worth at small stakes?

Hi guys!
I used Pio Solver to solve preflop at my stakes (nl25/50). I did that to have some knowledge on how should i play. What i recevied is something like 22/18/10 style with little calling and with many 4bets - especially OOP.
Open ranges: EP 17%, MP 21%, CO 28%, BTN 40%, SB 42%.

I made like 40 screenshots and groupe them all in folders and i can look at ranges while playing - it takes just seconds. Take a look:

Does it make sense? I know some people say that you should play tight at micros because of huge rake, and others say that you should play loose like 30/20 because you have advantage postflop and you can beat rake easily.

I know that with ranges from PIO villains cannot exploit me but i also want to max my EV.
