Preflop Range in Microstakes

I use some decent pre-flop range that is well balanced.
Have good 3b/4b value and bluff range and fine calling range.

I am currently playing at 5nl and 10nl and I realized that there are so many passive fishes that call a lot.
Also, they are not bluffing enough. IMO, I think I should not use my current range because 4bet bluff is -ev in microstake since people are not 3bet enough.

I heard that regular's 3bet percentage is between 8 to 10 percentage, but I think lower than 8percent is fine at microstakes. (and I saw some winning players in 50 NL who have only 5 percentage of 3bet).

So I make new weak-tight range and I am going to use it until 25NL.

How do you think? Do you guys think I should use my balance range or can I just make my pre-flop play simple?
