Pre-flop: What is your standard line with JJ vs. an unknown SB vs BTN?

This hand has me wondering what the best play is vs. a 50/0 (2 hands) on Bovada 50NL 6-max where people don't 4-bet bluff nearly as much. Effective stacks 100BB.

Hero is dealt JJ in the SB. Folds around and BTN 50/0 opens to 3bb, hero makes it 10bbs and BTN 4-bets to 22bb. What is your standard line in this spot? Can we just make an exploitable fold here without a read? I normally just get this in pre-flop but I've been running into so many nutted hands that I'm starting to question if this is too thin without reads (and the fact villain might be a loose passive).
