i quite like the ones from steve paul. i just checked and he has not done any recently, but i would guess population tendencies have not changed in a year ;)
can't remember if any single one has been particularly good, just take the one which is closest to your limit :)

If you have Elite, check the database review of Dekkers, definitely interesting. The guidelines for the stats you request probably don't exist though. This would depend a lot on the kind of player pool (regular vs zoom), the site and if you include recs into the equation.
