The opponent was quite aggro playing 35/30 over 46 hands - I had him marked some as a weak player as he made a spewy move and went all-in with AQ off preflop for 100bb.

Preflop I like the raise and the size as he has been opening quite aggressively from the BTN, so I don't mind the 3 bet with AJ planning to fold to any 4 bets and happily going to the flop with a strong Ace hand. When he calls I see him having some medium strength broadway hands, some middling pocket pairs from like 55-9, and some suited connectors

On the flop I like checking it over as the board doesn't really hit my range to well - he could easily have 76, 87, 77, QJ, QTs - while I don't have as many strong hands. When opponent decided to check back I discount most of his queens here as he should normally be betting them to try and get value and there is no point trying to let me catch up as any cards that help me will usually beat the Queen.

On the turn - I am unsure why I bet really, I really don't know the purpose of the bet. I think a check-call line would be fine but I definitely should never be leading out in this spot. I don't think this a spot I can really lead as I only have a few bluff possibilities like 86s or Ax of diamonds and my value hands would not have been improved by the turn.
When he calls I don't think his range changes too much - I discount the high broadway hands now but still think there may be any 7's, possibly a Queen, and some middling pocket pairs still.

On the river when the board pairs, I decided to check over to him as there is no reason to bet as his value hands crush me and this is a poor candidate to bluff. When he bets rather large I am put in kind of a tough spot. The only pocket pair I really beat is 66, and the bluffs I beat are a weird 89 hand, or like 86 which is quite unlikely, there also could be some broadway hands like KJ or KT but again these are unlikely. I also chop with other Ace highs. I decided to make the call thinking that he would have enough random bluffs to be profitable but looking at it I really don't think I like this as a call.

I would love to hear everyone's opinion on the hand.
