Poker diary - Climbing the Zoom ladder
Hi guys and galls!
I've set myself up for a challange and that challange is to take a shot for the Zoom tables at Pokerstars.
I've been playing online poker on and of for about 7-8 years but it has never taken of the way I've wanted it too. My biggest issue is by far tilt controlle. So, in enlightenment of that thruth I've decided that the best way too counter that is by having goals that in itself isnt results oriented.
I've got a sweet spot for the Zoom-tables at Pokerstars for the volumes you can put in. So, here's my goals:
Play 100k hands of Zoom NL 25.
Don't be short term results oriented.
DO NOT go up in stakes until i reach the 100k-mark and after a revaluation of my game. Also need at least 2750 $ before I take a shot at 50 NL. I will start the challange with 2 000 $.
I will post interesting(what I think anyways) hands in this thread along with bankroll update each 10k hands.
So, I hope I'm welcome to the community! :)

Good luck, looking forward to seeing to your progress.
Are you a winning reg at other stakes? Are you planning to start with one table and add more as you progress thru the stake?
Welcome and gl! Will you be setting daily volume goals and how are you addressing your tilt issues? imo simply saying 'i'm not going to be results-oriented' is not enough
Good luck, sir!
Good luck, but post this in the poker journal subforum under the other tab.
See you at the tables. I will be doing about 100k hands at nl 25 zoom next month to :)
