pls HELP !!!!!!!!!!! LIVE 1/2

I just wanna know that the move i made was a good one or a bad one from u guys comments.
so it could be a lesson for me.
FYI: BTN is known as LAG and quite tricky.

SB: $300 (Hero) Kc Tc
BB: $200
BTN: $400(villain)

several players were limping, then BTN raised $8.
HERO re raised $20, BB called, all limpers folded, BTN called $12

Flop = Ah, Jc, 2d rainbow, pot=$ 68
HERO bet $25, BB fold, BTN call

Turn = Kh , pot =$118
HERO bet $ 60, BTN fold.
BTN showed A9

there are three questions:
1. is this one concerned as a donk play, risky move?
2. if BTN call, should i make the third barrel bluff?
3. if some kind of situation like this happens again, should i make a c-bet and a second barrel bluff?

Thank u guys for every comments :)

Hi, first of all, I´m kinda concerned about your betsizings, first and foremost starting with your 3-bet-size preflop and then followed by the small cbet. I know this is live, but you mentioned the Villain being LAG and quite tricky, so I don´t think he´s the "regular live guy" to easy trap with small bets because they´re more concerned with absolute betsizes than bets in relation to pot.

As played everything depends on his tendencies and how he perceives you. If you expect him to being able to fold a hand like TP here then by all means fire through. We obviously can´t judge this w/o any further information on Villain than "he´s LAG and tricky" and w/o any information on your image at the table (were you nitty and carddead for hours or were you constantly attacking him, splashing chips at the table, running in godmode...?).

Agree with the comment above for 3 bet sizing... you need to 3 bet pot sized pre flop. To calculate this, you need to work out what is in pot before you raise $2 (BB) + (number of limpers)*$2 + $8 (BTN) + $8 (for you to call). Assuming 2 limpers the pot size is $22. This means you need to make it $30 pre flop ($8+$22).

You haven't mentioned anything about BB here? Does he play many flop? You need to consider this before leading into him,

If you want to bet flop you are repping AA, JJ, AJ+ and need to bet bigger. Bet about 2/3 pot - about $40.

I would shut down after flop and take a free card on turn. Any Q, T, K and you are likely to have the best hand. Villain is unlikely to bet turn unless he has 2 pair+

Your play depends on your image( like BigFizsh posted ) if you have been playing on the tighter side and this your first 3bet then it is a good move, as long as you know what you are repping in that spot.
You bet sizing pre is pretty weak and flop sizing need to be bigger if again you understand what you are repping on that board texture.
Bluffing should not be a huge part of your game at 1/2 LIVE games, it sometime take takes a good player to lay a hand down, just look at how everyone' is playing and pick your targets!
Good Luck!
