HJ is fairly laggy, as for personal reads I do not have a whole lot of info. I find it hard to pick up reads in Zoom unless I've played with them for about a month lol... and even then they are probably regs which is just not fun to try to exploit to begin with.

Cbetting, because I feel like this is probably the only way to win the hand and I block hands like KQ KJs

Since I block hands that could potentially give him TP, I felt like this is a good card to barrel

Once the flush completed I'm not sure if this is a good triple barrel. OTT I felt like if he calls I'm giving up, but when the club hit and it gave me a made hand I felt that it would probably the only card I would want to triple barrel, turning my hand into a bluff.
Comments on this play, not sure if its good or not. I think most people would recommend checking river right?
Would the River play be x/f or x/c?

It seems clear to be a fold. With your bet in river, I think he folds small-medium pairs 66, 99, TT, maybe JJ. Obviously he is raising sets, or KQ which seems to be more probable.
Without much information/stats from player, i dont know if it would have been better to check the river or triple barrel.
Regards.
I would usually just cbet flop and give up afterwards unless I hit a q,j,or ace on turn.
flop cbet is good but I am not trying to go to crazy here. C/f turn and barrel any turn card higher then a 8. Even if I bet the turn as played I'd probably would want to just c/f river.
I will definitely c/f river don't you have specific stats on the villain on river spots? does he check call a lot on the button/IP and does he fold to turn/river bets a lot?
If u has big fold vs raise stats and high fold to 3 bet the vilalin has all the sets here and even cn have Aces till the river. And think what hands do u triple barel at this board from your range? Only sets?
I think you general mistake is to open QJ pre on Mp having behind LAg player . Its ok to give up QJ on this board without a cbet cause u get called a lot of the time and has to give up.
I dont like the river bet, we pick up some showdown value against 8x 99-JJ and have a pretty easy fold if he bets! Now that we do get raised, its a clear fold imo
