Playing for to long and starting to become more passive or too aggressive?
I notice after playing for about 2 hours or so I realised that some of the players (including myself) in low limit have been playing really passive or aggressive when sitting for hours on end. Wondering if it's a strategy or they lose focus. I wonder if anyone has catch himself doing this, if so , feel free to post what you think might be the problem or ways to fix this problem.
Thanks

I tend to become more passive when I lose focus or when I'm autopiloting. This is specially true when you are learning new things, which require attention and mental effort to implement. So yeah, try to avoid playing without focus and try to avoid autopilot as much as possible.
I find when people auto pilot they become a calling station and kinda give up on the game. Looking for a quick buck I guess.
yeah, if you find yourself autopiloting try to actively step away from the table. breaks are great for refreshing your mind and getting refocused, also if you dont take action against autopiloting it may become a habit for you until you dont even notice when its happening. which is obviously not good
Especially when I'm playing zoom, where there is so much going on all the time and you have to constantly focus, I like to take a 5-10 minute break every hour. I find I can actually put more hours in throughout the day than when I just fire up the tables and glue myself to the chair.
