Playing AQ OOP through 3 streets NL10

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $10.23
BB: $10.00 (Hero)
UTG: $9.65
MP: $11.89
CO: $30.37
BN: $18.48
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with A Q
2 folds, CO raises to $0.23, BN calls $0.23, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.30, CO calls $1.07, BN calls $1.07
Could made smaller squeeze
Flop ($3.95) A 5 3
Hero bets $1.24, CO folds, BN calls $1.24
I have rly good combo to check call but people in this stakes always betting in squuze pots half or 2/3 so decided to buy card for my prize and still sometimes for value and can bet range on this board.
Turn ($6.43) A 5 3 9
Hero checks, BN bets $2.39, Hero calls $2.39
Now having Qs nice combo to check call depending to bet size.
River ($11.21) A 5 3 9 3
Hero checks, BN bets $4.18, Hero
I don't think he has many bluff- especially that was 3 way pot on the flop .Looking like AKs or full houses but does he betting sometimes AJs or bluffing? but what? And this small sizing.

Villain was weird player- had mark him as weak player but seems like he improved and now look like reg but wasn't sure 100%

I think I prefer check/call on the flop. Qs makes protecting against spades a little less necessary, and we probably make more money from worse hands on this and future streets by checking.

As played, I think check/calling river is fine. With the paired board and Ks being possible (however unlikely), I don't know that betting or raising is super great or super terrible... they're probably putting in more money bad if you check/call river than any other line... I could be wrong.

In my opinion you defnitly have to call the river because he don´t have a lot of combos that beat you. He should raise his sets 55/33 a decent amount of the time and with the 3 on the river this hands get more unlikely. Given the preflop action ahe shouldn´t have a lot of nut flush combos(KsJs, Ks10s Ks9s?) and in fact your line may look weak for the average NL10 Player he maybe turns some hands into a bluff or go to thin for value.

happy with preflop

flop play i dont mind but against two opponents OOP i would like to size it up a bit

turn, i struggle a lot with this spot, i feel when betting we can over play our hand but checking we leave the door open to allow villain to bet turn and river and push us of. would love to see other peoples opinions on this spot ?

as for river i think we have to call, KJss or K10ss seem like the only combos for villain to have here dont think AK will show up here
