Playing against strong draws

CO: $10 (Hero)
BN: $7.60
SB: $11.36
BB: $7.84
UTG: $10
HJ: $10.12
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BN calls $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20
Flop ($0.95) Q 6 J (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.68, BN raises to $1.86, BB folds, Hero raises to $3.04, BN raises to $7.30, and is all in, Hero calls $4.26

Im wondering how to play against strong draws. Get it in on the flop as a 70% favortite? Or better slowplay (in this case just call his raise) to see a save turn - then shove?
