I apologize for a very general question and perhaps stupid question. Full-ring, 100bb eff. It's NOT folded to you preflop. So that means there's a raise in front or a raise and one or more calls before it gets to you. I'd like to learn the theory of what would or would not make this call profitable. Under what circumstances would you come along and why?
