Fold to 3-bet seems a bit high in some spots. Could be sample size of course. In general we would want to defend around 50% of our range. I will assume this is because we're either not 4-bet bluffing enough or consider their 3-bet range too strong. Which at the lower stakes might be true.
Opening seems fine with an increase the later our position.

Your RFI from is too high from every position in general. Work on your late position first, start folding the worst hands in your CO and BTN range and start defending more vs 3bets in those positions.
