Perceived ranges in microstakes

Title sums it up pretty well but my question is for those that crushed/crush 6max microstakes,
Do you guys think that most regs/bad regs at microstakes (NL50 and lower.. preferably NL25/NL10) think about our ranges when they see us barreling or i should just assume they mostly look at their cards rather than think about stuff like this?
Best example i could give is:
I open EP/MP (have a TAG image/stats) and get cold called by another reg/bad reg with TAG maybe slightly tighter stats from the CO/BTN (don't have any notes on his coldcalling range and hand sample too small to have a decent idea of it), flop comes A87 rainbow or K59 rainbow and i'm holding a small pocketpair or any two broadway offsuit that completely misses the flop and turn (meaning no backdoor flushdraw hitting the turn, giving us more outs..), would you guys often triple barrel in this spot to rep a strong top pair good kicker or just be one and done until you have more information on villain?
Also does your answer would change if it would be in Rush/Zoom rather than regular tables?
