Passive Boat Line Check

Party, $5/$10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Hero (SB): $1,047 (104.7 bb)
BB: $1,913.26 (191.3 bb)
UTG: $1,248.70 (124.9 bb)
MP: $2,314.80 (231.5 bb)
CO: $608.25 (60.8 bb)
BTN: $1,485 (148.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Jc Jh
UTG raises to $30, 3 folds, Hero calls $25, BB folds

Villain is on multiple tables. He's new to the site but seems like a decent reg.

Flop: ($70) Qc 4c Js (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $67, Hero calls $67

This is a spot where I used to auto-checkraise given how drawey it is but I think check/calling fits in better with my overall range since I won't be checkraising too many draws in this spot other than KTcc/T9cc.

Turn: ($204) Ad (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $110, Hero calls $110

Not the ideal turn card for me since KT/AA improve. I don't think I can checkraise and stack off AQ/AJ so I decide to just call.

River: ($424) Qd (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $290, Hero calls $290

So I'm pretty confused on whether to jam or just call this river card. I'm ahead of 44 and KT although I'm not certain he would call my check/jam with KT too often given that I really don't ever have a bluff in this spot and he should realize this. I'm behind AA, QQ, AQ, and QJ. There aren't many bare Qx in his range since he would likely check back the turn with KQ/QTs.
