Overpair on the turn, check shove?

CO: $200.00
BN: $288.76
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is SB with K K
CO raises to $6.00, BN folds, Hero raises to $20.00, BB folds, CO calls $14.00
Flop ($42.00) 9 T 6
Hero checks, CO bets $28.00, Hero calls $28.00
Turn ($98.00) 9 T 6 Q
Hero checks, CO bets $59.00, Hero raises to $160.46 and is all in, CO calls $93.00 and is all in

Villain pretty standart reg. I think he call 3bet with something like that JJ-55,AQs-ATs,KQs-KTs,QJs-QTs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,AQo. When i played i think i need defend my check calling range on the flop, but now im not sure. I think villain range is obv all sets (9 combos), maybe some flush draw AJ clubs. But i cant understand, he have AQ here? Probably he can bet bluff AQ on the flop and i think he must bet AQ on the turn, but im not sure about that. So, what do you think about this hand?
