Villain is a very solid reg his stats are: 26/21 fold to 3bet from CO is 68% 3k hands. He is capable of making moves. Few orbits before, fired 3 streets with Q high from CO against my bb on AxxKxr

I'm not sure why you decided to check the turn unless you thought he was very floaty in 3bet pots. But my standard is to definitely keep firing and barrel off in this spot.
As played, a turn checkraise wouldn't be too good since you'll have trouble balancing it with bluffs so a bet > check/call > checkraise imo.
River should be a snap call. You're only beat by sets and the BDF, you check/called the turn so AJ and possibly KJ are going to be in his value jamming range on the river, and you said he is capable of making moves. If the river isn't atleast medium-height fist pump call against this player then what was the point of your turn check/call?
definitely barrel turn; mix in some check calls on this river
