Mistakes? what do you think about the bet size OTF ?

Think u could bet around $3 'cause u gotta charge for the fact u have know idea what draw he has when he calls. But $2 is not bad in this case, I think.
I'd call OTR about 75% of time.
I woud cbet the turn, he has quite a few flush draws and floated overs that have equity against us.
As played, I am folding river.
What would you do when he raises OTT ?
Seems fine to me.
Looks good. Well played.
i agree, its tough but with this type of board, plus the fact the he value bets the turn, and he best around 42% of the pot, its a big sign the he´s trying to get the most out of you!! anyone agrees?
preflop, flop and turn are fine. I think I would also fold the river, but Im wondering what hands he has that beat you.
BETTER HANDS --> 4 combos
- AJs and mabe KJs make sens (would you all call with KJs pre ??), but thats only 4 combos.
I dont expect him to call AJo preflop or KK/AA (would 4bet pre). On the other hand, turning a made hand into a bluff doesnt make sens either, so TT and 99 are likely to cb river and get to showdown.
WORSE HANDS
- What about the FD ? AQcc, ATcc, KQcc. What do you think of betting those hands OTT in vilain's shoes ? because if he does bet them OTT and river (or just 2 of them), you have the odds to call his river bet.
I think he can have AJo,J9s+, 78s, T9s - all hands he can defend CO v SB. I think calling/folding the river is probably close, that's because sometimes (and I haven't figured out when or why that is) people just bluff / do something stupid completely at random. With the J pairing I lean towards a fold.
are you calling a 3bet with J9s, 87s type hands from the co/btn vs blinds 3bet ??
@capau, I fold fold he he raises the turn.
About better hands, he can have quite a bit of Jx combos, JTs,QJs,KJs, and then also AJo, why wouldn't you expect AJo to flat pre.
because im not calling it myself. I find it tough to play in a 3bet pot, even when I spike TP. With the A, if I face lots of action, im never good with the J kicker and with a pair of J, lots of action means overpair a lot, so I prefere having the suited combos, which can give me some more equity,
btw, its cpau and not capau :)
about the turn raise - it sucks to bet/fold QQ here imo because you are exploitable. If you fold QQ, you probably fold KK and AA too, and so you're only calling with a Jx hand. Vs an unknow, I dont like it. Vs a player well know and passive, that can be a good strategy because you have reads on him and you know that he'll not raise you as a bluff here very often, so you can play exploitably.
Yea, I was thinking that, we don't have much left behind to folding is kinda bad if we bet the turn, but I would say its only exploitable if villain is exploiting us. I think its OK to overfold here because most villains aren't bluffing with this line and we are gonna usually see Jx.
We could fold QQ, and call with AA, even though in terms of relative hand strength they are almost exactly the same, by calling with AA we can not overfold 100% and sometimes we get it in against QQ,KK.
