You dont really rep much aside from QQ and Jx here,which you wouldnt bet twice on flop and turn,so i think your raise here doesnt really make much sense.Alot of his double floats will contain Jx as well.

Good triple barrel spot, when he donks just give up. He is showing a interest in the pot so he has bluffs or value. Trying to bluff villain off his bluffs is suicidal in my opinion, when his range will have allot more Jx than you. Say thank you to him for saving you money on your triple barrel.

Raise is possible if you know villain's donk bet fold on river or you have strong notes about it. Without it I am just folding. Even with Q/KK+ you will just call it.

I don't like the raise bc I don't think we rep much and he has more Jx than us. With that said, if our raise is designed to only fold out his air, we don't need to raise this large. Slightly more than a min raise to fold out busted clubs, K10 etc. works fine.

I wouldn't raise this river on 16NL vs a donk, it's actually even a bad card to c-bet imo. think you could go exploitively small, but I wouldn't expect many folds on this run out.
