Optimize river play

Hey guys i need some help. Hero plays against a solid regular on nl10 6-max. He limps from the hijack with a vpip of 24. We are 190bb deep each he limps co limps hero fills up in the sb(A4dd) and the bb checks. The flop comes KcQd3d and hero leads 3bb into a 4 bb pot and HI and CO both call. Turn is a Ah and hero continue with 9bb into a 13bb pot and the hijack raises to 25bb, CO folds, hero calls. River is a Jd which completes heros flush. What should hero do? Both got 160bb stacks left and there are 4 to a straight out there + possible flush.
Should hero donk lead in this case? Or go for the checkraise? Does hero loose a lot of EV if he goes for a check-raise on the river in the longrun? Any opinion would help me. Thx for the upcomeing help!
