I very rarely complete the SB. The 2 before me had been passive the 10 hands i had been at the table so i completed instead of folding.

My first thoguht when playing was c/r if someone bet. But after thinking more im not sure if i should be calling here instead. Because i have open ended straight and flush but no overs. If i raise then im raising to what? 1.5 ish?

Generally speaking dont have nut flush draw and no overs is why im questioning if i should be trying to get alot more money in here.

Raise or not will be opponent dependent if BU is a reg, I'd say it is high % raise because not only reg is capped pre and he is capped postflop.
If rec I don't care too much but likely raising too, sizing 4x is okay that means 1.2 is fine. However we treat our hand only as good draw, without improving it can't be bluffed effectively (talking about river, and any paired turn pretty much x/f fold for us)

I like to complete in this spot with this kind of hand. Judging from stack sizes, I think it's safe to assume that BU is a recreational player. I think more often than not these passive players are quite sticky and you don't really want to invest a lot of money with a 4-high hand OOP. Calling on the other hand seems pretty good to me because you profit from playing multiway.

On the flop, I think leading out could be an option. As played, given that BU called, I think I would just call and try to realize my equity. On this specific flop, I wouldn't consider a 7 a clean out and there are you might get yourself in some awkward situations where you hit and get it in against a better flush/better straight.
