OOP with marginal 1 pair vs loose reg. 200nl

$1/$2 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

Hero (CO): $194 (97 bb)
BTN: $306.35 (153.2 bb)
SB: $481.11 (240.6 bb)
BB: $222 (111 bb)
MP: $211.05 (105.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Th 8h
MP folds, Hero raises to $6, BTN calls $6, 2 folds

Flop: ($15) Td 3c Jd (2 players)
Hero bets $11, BTN calls $11

Turn: ($37) Js (2 players)
Hero ??

Another loose reg. Runs 25/20 3 bets about 14% in these positions and seems to fold a decent amount to c bets so far but mostly OOP. What do you do here? Both betting and checking seem rough for obv reasons. If you c/c what other hands would you check here so that villain can t just auto fire river with w/e and play his range so that you just get owned as your hand is face up.

if you're trying to come up with a somewhat balanced check calling range on the turn try to think of what hands are going to play well on different rivers.

Ya i m not sure. I m think that most of the hands that I get here with probably want to barrel the turn. Jx, QT or KT+, FDs, KQ and OP. Maybe best here is to just bet as well and punish he floats and c/probably fold the river. I ll have to crunch some numbers to figure what fits best.

Check/calling the turn doesn't make the river any easier to play, and betting has a lot of advantages for other hands in our range. Trips and semibluffs both want the opportunity to three barrel, and to avoid exposing our turn check/call range as always check/folding the river (which it generally has to do) I prefer to bet this hand. I think it has enough value in terms of combined fold equity and occasional showdown equity.

If I checked the turn here it would either be to give up or with JT. I'd rather try to balance a river checking range after betting the turn than check/calling it. That way I can have strong hands like QJ or J9s to protect my check/folds with hands like T8s.

Hello, this is my point of view
vs villains with a high W$WSF and high Agg%, I think we can profitable c/c turn, and c/c a lot of rivers without being exploited because he would be auto-valuebetting a lot
vs villains without a high W$WSF and without high Agg%, c/c turn a c/f river could be nice, because he wont want to steal pots in river
vs regtards and fishes, betting turn and check/calling rivers it's rlly nice, to get money from draws that didnt arrive

Greetings
