OOP - how do I proceed with mid strength and a good blocker.

Villain is 25/20/4.5 with 56% button open over 70 hands
I timed out in the hand trying to decide my line.
I feel like I want to make the most of my Ah blocker and have a few options
a) check raise and shove hearts, 5s and maybe aces.
b) call, check raise river hearts. Problem here is that river hearts often get checked through and I don't get to take advantage of my blocker
c) call, develop a river leading range. Lead river 5s, 4s and hearts.
