I don´t understand what you are doing. What´s the plan for check/call KQo on T65r ? You are just praying that he stop betting, and if he does not ?
I would cbet against most of players whit high foldcbetsflop%, and check/fold against the tough ones.
Think it's good with a few of your KQos. River is obviously a bluff.
Don't see why you'd c/c either. Your hand does not have enough showdown value. I'd rather bet here, because you won't get raised on the board very often, and you have overs, a backdoor straight draw.

Assuming Villian is a good player, I like the river bet. Your c/c really looks like Ahigh, so leading the river would make sense with that hand.
against his high fold to3bet and 4bet stat, i prefer calling pre instead of 3betting this hand and would suggest a much more ploarized 3betting range in the SB against that guy.
as played, i would cbet the flop, continuing on 9,J,Q,K,A
