Just curious what you think of my turn and river call. I think on turn is mandatory call with AK unblocking draws. On the river felt that with the passive line I take, that i need to defend some none pair hands. AK with A hearts feels like the best candidate (as blocks A5hh). Felt villain had few value combos by river, as the stack depth makes it hard for him to jam JJ - QQ otr, and i would check some overpairs on this board texture in 4bet pot... what do people think?

I would cbet this flop and then i will continue on the J on the Q and on the A and K
turn call should not be very good because it is hard for us to improve to anything decent or win big moneyssszzz(Ks isn't good and K isn't good card in general -> not like we getting shove from KQ on the river)
River as played is definitely better. QQ is snap shove for him, JJ is more close depends on you/him and rest table
shouldn't this depend on villans image…he must of been showing some bluffs for you to make this call.
not how 500nl online works. im expecting him to be fairly balanced
given his hand agreed he is fairly balanced..
he did check flop however, which he would do with weak pairs,,, he would probably bet his air, so when he goes all in on river you can almost piece the puzzle together, trip 5s or air.. or top boat. its almost better if he bets flop for hero mode?
--also do you think c betting is a better line here oop then check calling… cuz i admit on paper the flop looks like it hits buttons range, but maybe we should just bet and realize button is so wide regardless.. wonder what button does to a strong cbet here
