I learned so much from my last thread post that I thought I would ask another rookie question regarding what I should be thinking on when I should jam vs bet. I know in general in 3B pots and 100bb that I will be getting stacks in by the river in general so I should be thinking about jamming the flop to protect against draws etc if I flop any kind of top or over pair, set, two pair correct? But what if I flop a draw and I think the villains range is weak? Should I be thinking about jamming then as a semi bluff in big pots?

I think its all about whether or not I will be pot committed by the river so I might as well just jam now and get some fold equity before I am unable to but I am not really sure. Any help would be appreciated as I am not really sure what my thought process should be in general regarding this and its been bugging me for awhile now.
