i was listen to thinking poker podcast EP27 (http://www.thinkingpoker.net/2013/04/episode-27-olivier-busquet-part-1/ ) and was surprise to hear Olivier say that he doesn't check-raise the flops because he likes to keep his game simpler and can thus have better balanced turn and river ranges.  this conversation begins at ~1:24 in the podcast

i thought it was a very interesting talk - what do you guys think?  good strategy?
