Novice player just got RIO. What are the best Essential videos for me to start out with as I learn to beat cash microstakes?

I've been playing casually for only about a month, and am still very much a novice. I've been listening to hand analyses when I can, but have many weak spots in my game, and am currently not a winning player at microstakes on Ignition.

I bought a RIO Essential subscription to try and elevate my game. Do you guys have suggestions of the best videos to start with? I think the most serious videos that involve deep dives into the complexities of building a range for a certain flop for 40 minutes are probably overkill for the level I'm currently at, but I do want to learn the right way. I've already found some Galfond hand reviews at .10/.20 Zoom, which is really insightful, but what are the other best coaches for microstakes, and what are some of the videos to teach fundamental strategies?

Check out this thread, IIRC there are some non Elite subscription videos on there.

Thanks Daniel, great suggestion. We also have a newly created learning path that you should check out called Getting Started with 15 videos that should be perfect for someone in your situation. You can watch them in order, out of order, or pick and choose however and expect to gain quite a lot of insight on some more basic level concepts.

As far as live play videos at lower stakes, I'd check out Peter Clarke, Paul Atwal, and Iain Salter.

I found many of the getting started videos use acronyms and concepts that I don’t have a strong graspe on. Perhaps there is a better training site for players who need a more basic and sequential introduction to core concepts

Traditionally the path was to play a little, decide to improve, read books to learn preflop and essential concepts. Move on to training videos after that, then maybe get some coaching and continue to study videos. Also gradually start to do more independent work and learn to study with advanced software.

The coach Peter Clarke on this site has written a book that seems to be the most popular book to learn basics but it's been over three years since I read a poker book now so I am not up to date.

Can you give me some examples of acronyms that you didn't understand nmh ? We're usually pretty good in the forums and video comments for answering questions.
