Normal tables or zoom, which format is better for my long term growth?
Hi guys so I know that similiar questions where already asked in this forum and while I agree that normal tables are more profitable I am still not convinced if they are also the best option for my long term profitability. Zoom is tougher and it really teaches patience to you. Also I get tilted a lot more in zoom because the money doesn't come as easily. Not sure if that is good or not :D...
Of course being a bit tilted is bad for your winrate which can cause you to bleed money and eventually tilt more but maybe zoom can teach me to improve my mental resilience?
I estimate my winrate at normal tables to be well over 10bb/100hands maybe something like 13-14bb/100hands.
At Zoom I'm also not doing too bad with 10evbb over 30k hands (tilt spew included) which leds me to believe that I don't sacrifice much by playing Zoom in terms of hourly BUT do I gain something in return? That is the questions.
So should I rather grind nl2 normal tables make a few hundred bucks move up to nl5 rinse and repeat or play zoom make some money too but less and with more effort, post a lot of hands and study?
I'd appreciate it if you would like to share your opinions
