Don't really like 3-betting these hands, but I'm trying to 3-bet the SB a little more.

Hero bets $20,
Qoon02 calls $20
My hand is probably not good enough to check-call. By betting, he can fold hands like 77 and overs that have equity, and there are some good turns to bluff on.

The turn smacks his range, but it hits me well too.
If I bet 40 and get shoved, I think I don't have the odds to call (would have to calculate it, but I'm pretty sure).
Hand is not good enough to check-call, and there's a chance he checks back on a diamond/ace river.
So what would you do here?
And since we're asking questions, how would you play AA here?
