When I get raised here I suspect his raising range is set, straight draws, some flush draws and maybe A9. I choosed to go for 3b to punish his draws but I'm not really sure he'll have a wide bluffing range here but more made hand range like 66,99, A9 as he'll probably call most flush draws I assume and maybe even straight draws.
