NL600 Facing River Shove

SB: $622 (103.7 bb)
BB: $695 (115.8 bb)
UTG: $604.50 (100.8 bb)
MP: $244.17 (40.7 bb)
Hero (CO): $600 (100 bb)
BTN: $359 (59.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Qh Ad
2 folds, Hero raises to $15, 2 folds, BB raises to $54, Hero calls $39

Flop: ($111) 4h 3h 2h (2 players)
BB bets $61.50, Hero calls $61.50

Turn: ($234) Qc (2 players)
BB bets $129, Hero calls $129

River: ($492) 6h (2 players)
BB bets $450.50 and is all-in

Villain is a 25/20 reg 3betting 10% of the time BBvsCO. 70% cbet OOP in 3bet pots. He does like to put the pressure on when cards fall that hit his range and has barrel stats of 70/60/69 in 3bet pots. The problem is that he jammed very quickly on the river and I think AhX makes up a pretty big party of his flop and turn double barrel range. I need 27% equity to call.
