It's fine because you probably stack A7 and 97 playing like this but I don't think that this is the max EV line because I think that x/r at small stakes is going to have very few turn give ups so you're likely to get another barrel from their bluffs on almost every turn card. So personally I'd call and then consider raising the turn for value/protection particularly if a second flush draw comes or just call again if villain is bad at giving up on rivers.
