vs fish i'm either going to like bet bet bet (on clean-ish rivers) or check/jam turn depending on how much he stabs. Would assume he's a fish since he got 34 wwsf (and that he doesn't stab much so obv bet bet bet)

If this is a reg who u got a low sample on, i do think we're kinda forced to be more polarised on either the flop or turn. So i think we do want to check a fair ammount on all streets because the board is so dynamic. I would probably check the flop myself and if he checks back i think we got two streets of clean value on a bunch of run outs. Betting flop and getting raised sucks big time, betting turn and getting raised seems like an easy fold (?).

"Villain seems very passive" yes fold here agianst this type of opponent. Even against aggressive competition I lean towards folding.

The baluga-theorem should not be applied in 3bet pots.

Villain is much more likely to jam draws on flop/turn with low SPR as opposed to single raised pots when stacks are deep.
Villain is also more likely to commit with top pair type hands when SPR is shallow.

I'd never snap-fold, especially not after 2-barreling in a 3bet pot. After all I wouldn't want to give villain any stupid ideas. Also not snap-folding with overpair when I don't block any of villain's draws. Much more likely to base my decision on villain tendencies such as aggression, flop/turn raise%, and reads derived from previous hands played.

Against this guy its an easy fold, against looser villains I would be very tempted to call. It would depend on a lot of their stats and my reads, but A fold can never be wrong, and if it is, not by much!
