Anon table and villain is a bit "overplaying TP fishy" kinda guy.

One hand I had noted on him was;

MP raises, our villain flats SB w QJo. xc/xr/bc on Qxx x x for 120bb.

How to proceed? I h8 seeing a lot of turn cards, shoving over feels isolating myself despite the fact I saw him overplay toppair mid kicker.
