Nl50 zoom midpair vs. fish shove OTR

Hi, villain is a fish given his stacksize I play huddless so no info of his stats. My info was that on the turn he snapcalled which means he didn't consider raising and his handstrenght didn't usually change. On the river he timed like 7 seconds and shoved. Our holding blocks pretty well his valuehands like Q9 or anytwopair with the J. I was debating cause usually overbetshoves by fish are strong but in this case taking account his timings and the missed FD + that we block his valuehands I decided to calldown. What do you guys think about the river?
