Villain plays 24/16 calls CO 11% and folds 50% to cbets.

What is the best turn action here and why ?
- Can i bet the turn again for value/protection or wil i valuetown myself too much vs his Qx ?
- How good is c/c or c/f ?

I think his flop calling range looks something like; AQ,KQ,QJs,55-JJ and some FDs, KJcc,TJcc,9Tcc,89cc,67cc.
Im not sure if he checksback his 55-88 or not. 

But ye the Qx combos are in total 12+12+3=27 combos
And he has 18 PP combos i beat and 12 combos that beat me.
Also he has 9 combos of sets, but discounted since 44,22 might raise flop.

All in all it doesnt look too good for 99 here i think, unless he got some floats i diddnt take into account here.
On the otherhand it does seem a little weird to c/f 99 here. So would like to hear your thoughts :)
