BTN is 19/14 reg, he flats btn 10%, WTSD 28%, no reads or dynamics, Zoom hand.
MP is 16/12 nit, SB was reg and BB was nit as well.
Normally i dont open KJo from MP, but since there were some nits behind i think its ok.
On the river im not sure if i should barrel, since its a really blank river. Im afraid hes verry AQ heavy, i block KQ. And that he views my range containing allot of draws.

I think you should check river. The board didn't change and he is definitely not folding AQ/KQ there.
Would you bet if river was a spade?
Yes I think the spade is a pretty good card to bluff on. It will put his AQ,KQ in a really tough spot, i will look credible since i opend MP.
Has he very high foldcbets% ? Because if he does not.. JTo/KJo (without spade) are at the very bottom of your range and you could perfectly just check/fold the flop with them..
easy Check/Fold, given he has pretty tight BTn flatting range.
I think he should have more combos of QX, and TK,AT type of hands, than Missed FD that we can get VIllain to fold on river, given his 10% Btn flatting range, which is composed mostly of Broadways.
