Why no 3bet pre? Unless CO has a very high fold tendencies CO vs BU and never calls OOP, you should apply pressure pre to his CO opening range while IP.

So you're saying you won't raise 33/99/K9 against two not very good regs in this spot OTF where they can be reluctant to fold good TP and a TON of draws, cause if you will raise w/ premium value here (which you should), you definitely better do the same with NFD/combo draws to balance.

As played, look up his turn cbet/aggresion. If it's low then I doubt he would barrel light multiway even with good draw so FOLD (people with descending (street-wise) aggression persentage more likely to chichen out in multiway pots OTT and check call/fold everything except nuts), if it's high then you should never raise him OTF anyway but apply pressure to his turn barreling range by raising it A LOT w/ all kinds of draws and TPTK+ so RAISE OTT (bad reg behind most likely folding cause he was passive OTF and we rep huge) and check behind OTR unimproved as he's prolly not double barrel call light and will call down when draws miss.
