NL50 Turning 2nd pair into bluff - River CR
Villain is a 17/15 regular, a bit on the tight side pre-flop, but quite aggressive post-flop and I have seen him make some thin value bets. He is a strong post-flop player despite not playing too many hands pre-flop (maybe because it's Rush Poker).
OTT we are deep, and if he has 2 pair or a set then he is definitely firing a 2nd barrel here to build the pot. I think if he turned a flush draw with a hand like JTcc he would also bet this turn because it makes a great scare card.
Thus when he checks this turn, I think his range is capped to hands like AQ/AJ which are now going for pot control, or KQ/KJ which got scared by the A (because I peel A-high on this flop a lot).
OTR he is probably trying to get thin value if I have KQ/KJ from his AQ/AJ. So I decided to go for a CR and rep the flush. Admittedly there aren't too many club flushes I can have here since the Kc/Ac are both on the board and those are the type of hands I'm likely to flat BB with (eg. A5cc or K9cc). 98cc, and maybe Q8cc make a little sense but that's about it. Hopefully he can't read hands that well lol...
