NL50 TPTK in 3bp, R decision

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.00
SB: $50.00
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $50.97
MP: $50.85
CO: $68.72
BTN is 20/15 over 2800 hands. WTSD 27%, WSD 51%, 4b after raising on the btn 2/19. AF 2, fold to cbet in 3bp 41/25/-.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with A Q
3 folds, BN raises to $1.12, SB raises to $3.86, Hero calls $3.36, BN calls $2.74
I dont coldcall too often, but SB is a fish (37/25 over 60 hands, plays on cell phone, already attempted resteal before)
Flop ($11.58) 2 T 6
SB checks, Hero bets $5.50, BN calls $5.50, SB folds
Turn ($22.58) 2 T 6 5
Hero bets $10.00, BN calls $10.00
River ($42.58) 2 T 6 5 Q
Hero bets $30.64 and is all in

I guess there are two options, xF or jamming for value.
Arguments for a jam: His Tx combos block almost my entire value range, since I cant have 66/22 and he should have me running at reasonable high 4b %, so I shouldnt have QQ+ either, so he can level himself into calling.

Arguments for a xF: he still has all sets in his range. I dont have many hands to bluff with here.

What do you guys prefer? Do you agree with the rest of the hand?

Thanks

EDIT: he is yet to face river cbet in 3bp, wwsf is 43%. Bet vs missed cb in 3bp: 0/3, 1/6, 1/1, but I dont think that any values of this stat can make xC on the river an option. He has nothing to bluff with...
