villain is 27/19 over 187 hands. WTSD 36%, seems somewhat weaker and passive, not much raising postflop.

Preflop ($0.75) Hero is UTG with 9 A

Hero raises to $1.50, 4 folds, BB calls $1.00

Flop ($3.25) 8 A 9

BB checks, Hero bets $2.50, BB calls $2.50

Turn ($8.25) 8 A 9 6

BB checks, Hero bets $6.25, BB raises to $16.50, Hero

would you guys b/f this turn? or b/3b? he is never doing this as a bluff, so I get that flatting makes little sense.

Question basically is, if he has enough A8/98, or is hoping for those hands too optimistic.
